An everyday dog
Buto sat by the road every day and watched the sky. Everyone assumed he was waiting for dinner.
Issue #1
The origin story
No lab accident, no meteor. A dirt road, a red blanket off somebody's washing line, and a dog who decided the neighborhood needed looking after.
Then he took off
One good run-up, one gust of wind under the blanket. The road got small very quickly.
Now he's on duty
Lost slippers, loose bins, suspicious squirrels. All handled before breakfast. He has been working out.
Try it
Light the bone signal
When the neighborhood needs him, the bone goes up over the rooftops. He always comes.
Saves: 0
The night is quiet. Too quiet.
